Our quality control in all parts of the process gives you a guarantee that our products are as fresh as can be. Our quality control involves hand picking the best products from the fishermens boats, hand clean fish, temperature control, packaging control, transportation control and so on. From the fishermen dock at the pier and all the way to our customers we follow the transportation and makes sure everything is handled the correct way. Mr. Jan Einar Dahl is our Quality Control Manager and he has more than 15 years of experience from fishing. He has owned his own boat and specialized in Cod, Haddock, Wild Salmon and King Crab.
